About Us

Founded in late 2020, First Light Nursing Services proudly began serving the Mid-North Coast of Australia (Coffs Harbour).

Since then, we have grown to a small specialist team including a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Clinical Nurse, Registered Nurses and an Enrolled Nurse.

Our unwavering mission is to deliver a service that places utmost importance on participant care and quality time. We wholeheartedly support all individuals involved and readily go above and beyond when needed.

We only work with NDIS Participants

Steph

Clinical Nurse Consultant

Steph is our Clinical Nurse Consultant and founder. She is originally from Victoria but saw the light in 2019 and moved to the Mid-North Coast. Steph is passionate about healthy living,  loves the sunshine and being at the beach.

Her Favourite part of the job is meeting all of the participants she is lucky enough to work with.

Tara

Clinical Nurse

Tara is our Clinical Nurse. She was lucky enough to be raised in the Mid-North Coast. Tara has a kelpie who keeps her busy outside of work and enjoys exploring our beautiful beaches.

Her favourite part of the job is getting to know the participants, family and support staff.

Tayla

Registered Nurse

Tayla is our Registered Nurse. She grew up on a rural farm up until 2007 and moved to the beautiful Coffs Harbour oceanside. Tayla is a passionate home cook and loves sharing with friends and family outside of work.

Her favourite part of the job is making a positive impact within the rich diversity of the Mid-North Coast Community.

Gina

Registered Nurse

Gina is our Registered Nurse. She grew up in South Gippsland, Victoria and moved to Northern NSW 21 years ago. Gina has a strong passion for cooking healthy food and how food can heal and nurture the body. Outside of work Gina unwinds at the beach and takes her family on holidays. Her favourite part of the job is fostering the well-being of individuals through her love for Primary Health Care.
